The John Innes Foundation (JIF) Undergraduate Bursary Award Scheme finances one student per year who is taking a three-year or four-year degree course in Agriculture, or a related discipline.
UK students from a non-farming background studying a full-time BSc (Hons) Agriculture degree course on our Writtle campus, with the need for financial assistance to complete their university course.
£9,250 per annum to cover tuition fees, plus mentoring from Keith Norman, farming consultant and former director at Velcourt UK, and work experience opportunities during university breaks.

£9,250 per annum, to cover tuition fees. The bursary will be paid at the beginning of each term and is discretionary on your progress, tutor’s reports and attendance record.
This scholarship cannot be combined with any other scholarships or any early payment discount offered by Anglia Ruskin University.
This bursary is designed to cover the full duration of a three- or four-year course, but second- or third-year students whose families' financial circumstances have changed may also be considered.
